What is Liquid Epoxy Coating?
Liquid epoxy coating is composed of two substances. These two elements of Liquid epoxy coating are kept separated before its uses, when these components are combined, which are composed of thermosetting polymers, go through chemical reaction and builds a closely impassable bond.
External Liquid Applied Epoxy Coating
- For external Liquid Epoxy Coating, it is applied to the outside pipe surface using a spraying system, which protect a pipe from corrosion.
- There are various types of external epoxy coating available e.g. liquid epoxy, e.g. (UV-curable) laquer, polyurethane (PU)
Internal Liquid Epoxy Coating
- Pre-heating can be done for internal liquid coating.
- Pipe ends are sealed off after after placing the pipe in the internal liquid coating system
